UK homes overvalued by 30%.

No this not a joke because UK has experienced one of the world’s ‘largest unexplained increases in house prices’ over the past decade. If its doom-laden prediction is correct, an average home - currently worth £196,000 - could actually be worth just £137,000.
I’m not sure what is the real effect for UK loans but definitely people will more careful about it. For homes in the South East, typically worth £400,000, the drop will be even more severe, down to roughly £280,000. The warning comes after 12 years of rocketing house prices. When the boom began in 1996, the average price was just £60,000.

Do you know that Australia has been ranked the fourth most competitive place to do business behind Mexico, Canada and the United States?
Not only that, Melbourne also triumphed over Sydney as the most competitive big city in Australia. The study has been conducted by KPMG Competitive Alternatives Survey. compared business costs in 10 countries and 136 cities and showed Australia was one of the cheapest countries in the industrialised world to base a business.
KPMG chief executive Geoff Wilson said Australia was an excellent base for business given its distinct cost advantage. Here are some facts about Australia that you should know:

Economic depression cannot be cured by legislative action or executive pronouncement.
